Academic Technology Services (ATS)

ATS is the principal IS partner with the academic community. Currently there is one vacant position funded to support this mission – which is in the interviewing phase. This partnership involves ensuring IS is delivering up-to-date technologies and support that meets their respective needs in the areas of research, teaching, learning enablement and assessment. We also provide consultative services to these academic units to determine new technologies that can improve or enhance their mission and goals. Once these needs are identified, we work with the appropriate Information Services units to identify specific solutions that can be incorporated into the service catalog.
